Shopify Zero Dollar Order Line Processing

Setup → Admin → Web Integration

Release 27_6 28.3 and 29.0 The A2000 Shopify API can be opened by navigating to Setup → Admin → Web Integration.

The Shopify API can process Order Lines in different ways. The options are:

  1. Allow All lines, including lines with $\$ 0.00$ price (Default setting)
  2. Ignore all lines with $\$ 0.00$ price, i.e. import all lines that have a price greater than $\$ 0.00$
  3. Fail Order if any line has a $\$ 0.00$ price

To set this feature up, an authorized user may open the Shopify integration, highlight the SHOPIFY ORDER IMPORT endpoint, and then click on the Parameters button. Here a user may update one of the three options.

Examples:

Your cart

  1. Allow All lines, including lines with $\$ 0.00$ price (Default setting)

  2. Ignore all lines with $\$ 0.00$ price, i.e. import all lines that have a price greater than $\$ 0.00$

  3. Fail Order if any line has a $\$ 0.00$ price

  4. A2000 will display an alert and a message will be displayed in the log.
