A/R→ Master File Maintenance→RMA Action Type

The Action type is used on the RMA process worksheet and will define what type of return it is.

The user will enter the Action Type and Action Description. For instance, you can create an action type Seconds or Assortments.

Action Type: Unique ID for action type up to 10 characters.

Action Description: Description for action type.
