Download the A2000 Client Installation Application here:
Launch the executable with Administrative rights and follow the prompts:
Select Next
App Name: Enter the name of your company environment which will be used to identify the connection. *Spaces and Special characters are not supported, but you can use underscores to separate the name: Example: A2000_PROD or A2000_TEST …etc
A2000 URL: Enter the URL that is specific to your environment which is provided by Support.
Client DPI: You can install A2000 with any magnification level between
$100-199$
, the most common being
$100,110,120$
and 130.
Select Next
You can install A2000 in and directory or keep the default
Select Next
